This is the inspirational story of Alessandro Trovati, a professional photographer, who recently completed his first ever Ironman – Ironman Nice (France), June 28th 2015. Always a keen cyclist, Alessandro’s job meant he was often in close contact with the sporting world, and it was whilst on a photo-shoot with arena that he first came in to contact with the world of triathlon. He was really taken by the emotion and passion that the athletes had for the sport, the drive and dedication they showed, which in turn triggered his own dream, the dream to become an Ironman.
This journey entailed grueling training sessions, sacrifices and lots of hard work, but after a year and a half, Alessandro found himself in France, ready to compete in his first, maybe not his last, Ironman.
