Iga Swiatek hopes to make his first big breakthrough at Wimbledon this season. The world number one still fails to shine on the green surface despite its huge level and overwhelming dominance over the rest of the courts.

The Pole explained that Wimbledon was a unique tournament and it was hard to predict who would be the favourite for the title: “I think it’s a very complicated tournament, you can’t build your fitness and your game to reach your best level at Wimbledon.

It’s a little different tournament. Players who do not arrive as favourites can win it, it can be won by any player. The opportunity is greater. It is true that this is a case similar to clay.
