Iga Swiatek, 22, has become the youngest player since Maria Sharapova in 2008 to record 20 bagel sets in Grand Slam tournaments, via OptaAce. On Wednesday, Swiatek demolished Sara Sorribes Tormo 6-2 6-0 in the Wimbledon second round.
Earlier this year, Swiatek had one bagel set at the Australian Open. At this past French Open – where Swiatek won her fourth Grand Slam title – the Pole won four sets with a 6-0 score. Against Sorribes Tormo, Swiatek recorded her sixth bagel set of the year and also her 20th since starting her career.
With that feat, Swiatek emulated Sharapova, who is a former five-time Grand Slam champion.
