The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix will feature Iga Swiatek and Aryna Sabalenka in the final on Sunday. On Saturday, both top seeds advanced to the final after getting through their respective semi-final. Earlier in the day, Sabalenka was the first to make it to the last round.
The second seed was comprehensive in her match against Anastasia Potapova. She finished her match 6-1, 6-2 within an hour.

Sabalenka won 76% of her first-serve points and 79% points on return on Potapova’s second serve.
Potapova did get three break point chances but Sabalenka saved them all while converting four of five break points she got. This is the third consecutive time Sabalenka’s gotten into the final in the German city. The last two times, she’d lost the title round to Ashleigh Barty and Iga Swiatek in 2021 and 2022.
In fact, Sunday’s final will see her face-off against Swiatek again. The top-seed from Poland moved along into the final after her semi-final opponent, third seed Ons Jabeur stopped their match with an injury to her left calf.
