This year, March Madness includes the WBIT tournament. For just the second time, 32 additional women’s college basketball teams have joined the postseason fun for the tournament title.
And it’s down to four.
Belmont will face Villanova while Florida will take on Minnesota in the WBIT semifinals. Winners will advance to the championship game on Wednesday, all from basketball’s capital of Indianapolis.
These squads fought all season to prove they belonged. Now is the ultimate chance to prove it. Getting to the final game is the first and hardest step to being crowned victor, and Monday’s semifinals will show who has what it takes.
