The Dutch national team is considered the biggest threat to steal Group E from the U.S., particularly after a 1-0 win over Portugal to begin its World Cup run. The USWNT enters Wednesday night’s showdown as the favorite, but the margin is considerably smaller than Friday’s game.
With the U.S. counting on a few young, inexperienced pieces after plenty of roster turnover, could Netherlands catch the defending champions off guard and secure a spot in the knockout stage?
