Date:

After a long and hard-fought season, it’s officially time for some of the NCAA’s best athletes to compete in the 2025 women’s swimming and diving championships.

This year, a total of 322 participants (281 swimmers and 41 divers) will be competing with their teams for a title. Each athlete qualified by meeting an established minimum time for their event, or by their performance at the Zone Diving Championships last week.

Virginia has claimed the women’s national title for three consecutive years, and the Cavaliers will be back to challenge for a fourth behind Olympics Gretchen Walsh, Alex Walsh, Katie Grimes and Claire Curzan. As per usual, Texas and Stanford are also in the running and will be threatening to knock UVA off the podium.

Here’s everything you need to know about the 2025 NCAA women’s swimming and diving championship, including TV channel and streaming options for the annual college meet.
