But on the training pitch, conveying key messages carries an even greater significance, so much so that a simple translator is not sufficient for Luis Enrique. So he has decided to record himself speaking to each of his players during training sessions, then ensure each instruction is accurately translated afterwards. The audio is then returned to the relevant player for review.
