Canada showed that it was up to the task of beating the world’s best when it won gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. When the World Cup kicks off next week, Canada will be playing to show the world that it is one of the top teams in the sport and should be treated with respect. To do that, it will need contributions from players all over the pitch.
