The following day, the titan of American fashion that is Ralph Lauren also opted to forgo the CFDA’s New York Fashion Week schedule, welcoming guests onto a 19-acre equestrian estate in Bridgehampton for a collection celebrating all-things Americana.

As part of the CFDA’s official New York Fashion Week calendar, Piotrek Panszczyk of the buzzy brand Area kick-started day one, and dug into the archives to celebrate a decade in the business.
