High of the Week
This week Bay FC announced that they will play their August 23rd match against the Washington Spirit at Oracle Park. Oracle Park is home to the MLB’s San Francisco Giants and Bay FC will be looking to break the NWSL attendance record with this match. The stadium has a capacity of 42,300. Last season the Chicago Stars played a game at Wrigley Field where they set the attendance record with 35,038 fans in attendance. Bay FC was the Stars’ opponent in that match. It’s an exciting announcement for Bay and a game we’ll be excited to see.
