Emma Raducanu dropped out of the top-300 position in the WTA Ranking. The Briton bot this negative record but from now on she has practically no points to defend this season and will therefore be able to start the clay court season in the best possible way.
Barring sensational twists, the Briton will participate in the WTA 500 tournament in Stuttgart, a tournament that will begin on April 15th. In Stuttgart Emma played her last tournament just last year before undergoing three surgeries: Raducanu went out in the first round and therefore has no points to defend this season.
At Indian Wells and Miami, Raducanu showed signs of recovery, she reached the third round in Indian Wells while she exited in the first round in Miami but still fought against the world number two Aryna Sabalenka, winner only with the result of 6- 3 7-5.
