Elina Svitolina has just completed a huge comeback win at the Paris Olympics to beat No. 5 seed Jessica Pegula 4-6 6-3 6-1 in a blockbuster second-round clash.
After finding herself down by a set in a match that was expected to highlight second-round action at the Olympics, Svitolina impressively responded as she dominated the remainder of the match to seal a comeback win in just less than two hours of play.
Throughout the match, both players were going at it as the winner Svitolina finished with 30 winners and 32 unforced errors while Pegula had 25 winners and 31 unforced errors.
