Ukraine’s Elina Svitolina reveals the Citi Open organizers are planning to announce before her Washington first-round match that there will be no handshake at the end of her match against Belarusia’s Victoria Azarenka.

Three weeks ago, Azarenka was booed off court following a Wimbledon round-of-16 loss to Svitolina.
