On the last day of Paris Fashion Week, Chanel opened the fashion festivities and returned to the Grand Palais, after its four-year closure due to renovations. The fabled French fashion house remains without a creative director, following the abrupt exit of Virginie Viard in June. Guests (like Charlotte Casiraghi, Margaret Qualley, Jennie and Lupita Nyong’o) were greeted by a huge white cage, decorated with its classic Chanel logo and placed slap bang in the middle of the vast showspace setting.
