As a voiceover from motivational speaker Mel Robbins encourages female listeners to build up to 11 push-ups — and modified ones on the knees don’t count, ladies! — the Cavinder Twins showed in a new social media share that that’s one milestone they’ve got in the bag.
Beating the heat by wearing tiny string bikinis, the identical sisters, 24, drop to the floor to show off their flawless form in the new video. The post — published to their shared Instagram account on Sunday, April 6 — cuts off after they’ve done 10, but it’s obvious that they can clearly meet the goal of 11.
“Learn to lift your own bodyweight,” says the voice of a fitness guru chatting with Robbins, who asks, “on the knees ok?” Robbins was told no.
Fans of the Cavinder Twins will soon miss seeing Haley and Hanna doing as many joint videos, as the athletes recently announced that the former is moving to Texas to be with her boyfriend of 18 months, Jake Ferguson, who’s a tight end for the Dallas Cowboys.
The influencers wrote, “summer is coming” over the footage.
