Wes Gordon has been the creative force behind Carolina Herrera since 2018. Since then, the designer has gone from strength to strength as the New York-based label’s creative director. On Monday, the penultimate day of New York Fashion Week, Gordon presented his Carolina Herrera Fall 2025 collection from the Solow Building in Central Park. The American designer sought inspiration from his all-time favorite films – “Being There” starring Peter Sellers from 1979. Models strode around a beautifully minimalist set of living flowers, as names like Dove Cameron and Nicole Scherzinger sat perched front row. Girls-of-the-moment (including Lulu Tenney and Devyn Garcia) emerged from backstage adorned in Gordon’s sublime lineup of chic floral appliqués, shimmering textures, billowing silhouettes, and bright colors.
