Caitlin Clark breaks Iowa women’s basketball’s all-time scoring record

Iowa women’s basketball star Caitlin Clark became the program’s all-time scoring leader Sunday, after dropping 24 points in a win over Northern Iowa. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Clark led the scoring and posted a game-high number of assists (11) and rebounds (10) in the 94-53 win.
  • The 2023 Naismith Player of the Year has 2,813 career points, surpassing Megan Gustafson (2,804) as Iowa women’s basketball’s all-time leading scorer.
  • Clark is also one game away from breaking the record for most 30-point games in Division I women’s basketball.
