Bronny James, DaJuan Wagner Jr. and “JuJu” Watkins were among those selected for the Nike Hoop Summit, USA Basketball announced on Tuesday. Here’s what you need to know:
- James, LeBron James’ oldest son, will play alongside Wagner Jr., whose father played with LeBron in Cleveland. James has not decided on his future plans, while Wagner Jr. is committed to Kentucky.
- Isaiah Collier, the No. 1 player in the 2023 class according to 247Sports, also made the team. He will be attending USC next season.
- Judea “JuJu” Watkins headlines Team USA’s women’s team. The No. 1-ranked player in the 2023 class will also play for the Trojans next year.
- The Nike Hoop Summit will take place at the Moda Center on April 8 in Portland, Oregon.
