Brittany Mahomes is working on her post-baby body. On Tuesday, March 4, the 29-year-old hit the gym for a workout, bringing her newborn daughter along for the session. “My fav workout partner,” she captioned a video on her Instagram Stories, showing her rocking baby Golden in her stroller. Brittany was careful to keep Golden’s face hidden from view.
Patrick Mahomes’ wife wore a pair of skin-tight green leggings and an oversized zip-up sweatshirt in heather gray.
In another video that was originally shared by Brittany’s personal trainer, the mom of three could be seen doing some dumbbell presses while in a split squat. Her trainer, whose baby was also in tow, was on baby duty while Brittany completed the set.
In a subsequent post, Brittany clarified that Golden was in the stroller, all covered up.
“I think I need to clarify. Golden is in the stroller. You can’t see her, and won’t for a while,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories.
Golden Raye was born on January 12, 2025, during a Kansas City Chiefs Bye Week. The next day, Brittany and Patrick shared the baby first photo on Instagram.
