Beatriz Haddad Maia shared a massive praise of admiration for the Spanish tennis legend Rafael Nadal. The Brazilian player, eliminated in the first round of the WTA 500 in San Diego by Katie Boulter, explained how she is learning from the Spaniard day after day.
“Sometimes, my coach and I watch Rafael Nadal’s matches analyzing some important moments of his career. I think above all of his attitude, for me he is the best on the Tour from this point of view. I like the way he built his mentality.
He is really a hard working type of person. I believe his character and values are very similar to mine. I try to learn from him every day,” she revealed during an interview with Tennis Infinity.

Rafael Nadal posted several images and videos of the training sessions carried out at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The Spaniard, after the injury suffered at the Brisbane International, had to stop again for a few weeks and recover 100% physically, before returning to compete on the court.
