Having won the final in 2021, Barcelona do have more winners of the competition than two-time winners Wolfsburg.
The 2021 first-time medal holders still at the club are: Alexia Putellas, Sandra Panos, Caroline Graham Hansen, Aitana Bonmati, Asisat Oshoala, Mapi Leon, Marta Torrejon, Mariona Caldentey, Patricia Guijarro, Gemma Font and youth academy graduates: Laia Codina, Jana Fernandez and Bruna Vilamala.
Ana-Maria Crnogorcevic was also part of the 2021 winning team and is the only player in the squad to have won the competition with two teams, having also won the 2015 iteration alongside Wolfsburg’s Kathrin Hendrich and Svenja Huth.
The most decorated player in the squad is England’s Lucy Bronze, who won the UWCL three times back-to-back between 2018 and 2020 with Lyon, defeating today’s opposition twice and her current employers once.
