The winger admitted that a year ago, after a rough season in Catalonia, he would have jumped at the chance. He had personal struggles, and the money could have changed everything for him and his loved ones.
“Because at that time, I was in a bit of a psychological breakdown, and this offer would solve everything in my life, my wife’s life, and my family’s life,” he shared.
