Aryna Sabalenka is having a great season, in which she triumphed at the Australian Open, she reached the final at the US Open and became the new queen of the WTA ranking. The Belarusian tennis player started the year by winning her first tournament in Melbourne, triumphing in the final against Elena Rybakina, while in New York she became the new number one on the women’s circuit.

Aryna talked about her season in an interview with Tennis Magazine. She analyzed many topics, starting with the beginning of the season, in Australia.

She said: “The success in Melbourne was the biggest of my career so far, it is something that pushes me to win more Grand Slam tournaments.

The feelings after that victory are so wonderful that you don’t feel in any other area of life, so I want to experience them many more times.

Bad record of more than 300 double faults? It was something psychological, a lot of things happened to me in the last few years, a lot of emotions were going through my head and then came the technical problems.
