The Arnold Sports Festival is here to pump — clap break — you up.
Established by Arnold Schwarzenegger in 1989, the Arnold Sports Festival will once again feature some of the biggest names in the fitness world. Several entertaining events will be held over the course of four days in Ohio.
“I think the Arnold appeals to a wide variety of people because it features a wide variety of competitions and events — not only bodybuilding and weightlifting, but events like cheerleading and dance, even foosball,” events director Brent LaLonde told The Columbus Dispatch.
