2025 Recruit Ratings by the Numbers

The classes of 2025, 2026, and 2027 are loaded with standout talent. We’re breaking down key metrics and performance indicators to give you a deeper look at the future stars of college gymnastics. From the total number of rated gymnasts to which schools are bringing in the most rated recruits, there’s plenty to be excited about in this year’s group.

378 Total Rated Recruits

Following this year’s evaluations, 378 athletes across the three classes earned a rating. In the class of 2025, that includes 34 five-stars, 60 four-stars, and 78 three-stars. The class of 2026 features 28 five-stars, 43 four-stars, and 59 three-stars. Meanwhile, the class of 2027 enters the ratings with eight five-stars, 30 four-stars, and 38 three-stars.

233 Gymnasts Improved

One of the best parts of each cycle is seeing how gymnasts progress year-over-year. This time around, 58 previously unrated athletes received a star rating for the first time, including 27 new additions in the class of 2025 and 31 in the class of 2026.
