Scottie Scheffler is coming off his second career victory at the Masters. The No. 1 ranked player in the world will have a quick turnaround as he’s expected to be part of the 2024 RBC Heritage field when play gets underway from Harbour Town Golf Links on Thursday, April 18. However, Scheffler and his wife, Meredith, are expecting their first child and he was clear to say that he would withdraw from the Masters if she went into labor, so it’s safe to assume that he’ll do the same at Harbour Town.
Scheffler enters this week’s event as the 18-5 favorite according to the latest 2024 RBC Heritage odds. He’s followed by Xander Schauffele (10-1), Rory McIlroy (11-1), Ludvig Aberg (12-1) and Patrick Cantlay (16-1) on the PGA odds board. Should you include one of the favorites in your RBC Heritage 2024 bets, or should you target a longshot like Tony Finau at 45-1?
