The 2023 UEFA Under 19 European Championships have reached the final stage with Portugal taking on Italy.
England won the U21 title in 2022, after they beating Spain 1-0 in the final. It was the first time the Young Lions won the competition since 1984, but they failed to qualify for the 2023 edition.
Eight-time champions Spain were the pre-tournament favourite, but they lost out to Italy in the semifinals, with Portugal hammering Norway 5-0 in the opposite tie.
The final will take place on 16 July at the Ta’ Qali National Stadium.
